Our journey began in 2013 with KOCKA Design, evolving into ALEA+ as we expanded into the UAE, where we continue to push the boundaries of design in a highly competitive market.

HISTORY
Established 2013
KOCKA DESIGN was founded in Belgrade, Serbia, gaining recognition for its contemporary approach and innovative architectural solutions.
2015 – Expansion to Dubai
The heads of Business Development and Design relocated to Dubai, marking the beginning of a new chapter. Our scope expanded from interior design partnerships to full-scale architectural services, adapting to the dynamic Dubai market.
2020 – From KOCKA to ALEA+
After five successful years, we rebranded to ALEA+, extending our services to more complex architectural projects and offering turnkey solutions for the real estate market.
2024 – Today
Today, ALEA+ operates from our Dubai headquarters, with two branch offices in Serbia. Led by award-winning architects with extensive international experience, our team collaborates across six languages, continually expanding our services worldwide and delivering bespoke projects that exceed expectations.
